Available to any signed-in account. Your daily allowance is used first; prepaid calls are used only after that allowance is exhausted.

How it works. Subscriptions include a daily API allowance that resets every 24 hours. Prepaid calls never reset or expire. Regular users get the best value from a subscription; irregular users can pay once.

FAQ

What counts as an API call?

Each request to any Clevertech endpoint counts as one call. DLS conversions cost 5 calls. Batch lookups cost 1 call + 0.1 per record.

What happens if I hit my daily limit?

Your allowance resets at midnight Mountain Time, and unused daily calls do not roll over. To continue immediately, buy a prepaid bundle: 2,000 calls for $29, 10,000 for $99, or 50,000 for $399 CAD. Purchased calls remain available until used and are consumed only after your daily allowance is exhausted. If you regularly need extra calls, upgrading is usually more economical.

Can I switch plans anytime?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from the dashboard. Upgrades are immediate and prorated. Downgrades apply at the end of the cycle.

Are prices in Canadian dollars?

Yes. All prices are in CAD. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout.

How does annual billing work?

Annual plans are billed upfront for the full year. The monthly amount shown is the effective monthly price after the 20% annual discount.

Who can buy prepaid bundles, and do they expire?

Any signed-in user, including users on the Free plan, can buy a prepaid bundle. Purchased calls do not reset each day and remain in your account until used.
