FAQ

What counts as an API call?
Each request to any CleverTech endpoint counts as one call - searching properties, looking up zoning, or querying census data. DLS conversions cost 5 calls each on all tiers. Batch lookups cost 1 call + 0.1 per record (e.g., 1,000 records = 101 calls from your daily allowance).
What happens if I hit my daily limit?
You'll get a 429 response with a Retry-After header. Your allowance resets at midnight UTC. No overage charges, no hard monthly cutoff - just try again tomorrow.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades apply at the end of your billing cycle.
